Maine Lobster Stew

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 T of paprika
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 2 cups of heavy cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Saute the lobster meat gently in butter until butter turns pink.
  2. Add paprika.
  3. Add cream
  4. Add evaporated milk
  5. Add milk
  6. Heat over medium heat until hot. Do not boil!
